This Privacy Policy explains what information PD Manager ("the app") stores, how the optional Google Drive backup feature works, and what the app does not collect. PD Manager is designed to keep your vault private and under your control.

1. Information We Store

The app stores the following on your device:

• Passwords and login entries you add
• Secure notes (for example: Wi‑Fi passwords, PINs, recovery codes)
• App settings and preferences

This information is encrypted on your device before it is written to storage.

2. Google Drive Backup (Optional)

Google Drive access is requested only if you enable Backup & Recovery. If you do not enable it, the app does not use Google Sign-In for Drive access.

When enabled, the app uses your Google Drive access only to:

• Create an encrypted backup file of your vault (at your request)
• Restore your vault from that encrypted backup file (at your request)

The backup file is encrypted before upload. The developer does not receive or store your vault contents.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect, view, or transmit the following to the developer:

• Your vault contents in readable form
• Contacts, call logs, SMS messages, or photos
• Browsing history
• Payment or banking information

4. Data Sharing

The app does not sell your data and does not use your information for advertising or profiling.

5. Security

PD Manager uses on-device encryption (AES-256) to protect sensitive information. Your master password is not stored or transmitted by the developer.

6. Retention and Deletion

Your vault data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Any encrypted backups remain in your own Google Drive until you delete them.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change when updates are made.
