These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PD Manager Android application ("PD Manager" or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must accept these Terms to use the app. If you use the app, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security controls
• Interfere with the app, the device it runs on, or connected services (such as optional Google Drive backup)
• Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Choosing and remembering your master password
• Maintaining the security of your device (screen lock, OS updates, backups as needed)
• Managing any encrypted backup files you create (where you store them and when you delete them)

The master password is not stored or transmitted by the developer. If you forget your master password, the developer cannot recover or reset it, and you may permanently lose access to your vault.

4. Backups (Optional)

If you enable Backup & Recovery, the app may use Google Sign-In to access your Google Drive for the sole purpose of creating and restoring your encrypted backup file. Backups are encrypted before upload and remain under your control in your own Google Drive account.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its branding are owned by the developer. Your vault contents (passwords, notes, and other data you enter) remain your own.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. No software can guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including loss of data due to a forgotten master password, device loss, or deletion of backup files.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The developer may update, modify, or discontinue the app or features over time.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
